A 9/11 Truther’s perspective on the economy

Digging 9/11 clues out of the old version of Google

In celebration of their tenth anniversary, Google has given searchers the ability to see their search results from the 2001 era. In honor of this ability (who knows how long it will be available, better look quickly) I did a few 9/11 related searches based on some of the more recent research I’ve done. Searches such as “world trade center” + asbestos, “amalgam warrior” and “national special security event”, for example. I put up a few posts at the pilotsfor911truth forum on a few results which I found interesting, so I won’t go into them at great length (or copy them over) here.

WTC 7 survivor Barry Jennings dead?

So far, I haven’t seen any independently published confirming evidence (like an obituary notice, for instance) that former New York Housing Authority emergency coordinator Barry Jennings is dead, but that’s what Infowars says. It does seem likely that it is true, however, as paranoia at pilots for 9/11 Truth has done some good detective work.

911blogger: Scientists, Scholars, Architects & Engineers respond to NIST

So far, I haven’t had time to read through the full post at 911blogger (must less NIST’s TiNRAT (acronym for they’ll never read all that) report), but for those wondering what some Architects, Engineers and scholars affiliated with 9/11 Truth have to say about NIST’s final report on WTC 7, it’s probably a good place to start. Not being nearly as qualified to comment as those people, I’ll content myself with the following comment on NIST’s report-

in among the hundreds of pages are evidence of a great deal photographic and video documentation on the status of WTC 7 throughout the day. Unfortunately, the pictures which NIST has put into their report are virtually worthless from the perspective of anyone attempting to evaluate/reproduce their analysis. This is due to the loss of resolution from the original image when the images are frequently cropped and altered to contain such things as copyrights notices, column and floor numbers, etc. Unless or until NIST is willing to provide for the public the original highest resolution images, the report basically says (to my mind) “you can’t question our authoritative statements because you don’t have full access to the evidence.” Which, I suspect, is not accidental. This is why, when I attempted analysis of various images related to WTC 7, I always tried to provide the reader with the original images as well as the analysis- so that they could either confirm or refute my analysis.

New books on 9/11 by Mark Gaffney and David Ray Griffin

Mark Gaffney has a book called The 9/11 Mystery Plane: And The Vanishing of America coming out this month and David Ray Griffin has a new one as well; The New Pearl Harbor Revisited: 9/11, the Cover-Up, and the Exposé. I haven’t read either book yet, but based on what I have read by both of these authors, I suspect they will both be valuable additions to the growing body of 9/11 Truth literature. Some may contend that authors making money off of 9/11 Truth is somehow wrong or immoral- selling out, perhaps, but I think anyone who has ever tried to write an article (much less a book) for publication knows how much time and effort goes into it. These are both published authors who could be writing about other topics (which might or might not sell as many books) so I think it’s great that they’ve taken the time and effort to put together the information which they have. Some people will buy every book on 9/11 Truth their budgets will permit, some will check one or two them out from the library or borrow them from a friend, but the more people reading and thinking about this issue the better in my mind. And the more literature available on the topic, the more we can choose the best information we have available to make the case for a new investigation.
