Hopefully, my last Ashley Alexandra Dupre post
It’s quite ironic to me that my blog traffic (at least for posts which are about her, that is) has exploded due to posts about Ashley Alexandra Dupre (and- prior to her name coming out- Eliot Spitzer), since the only reason I picked up on the story was to try to direct attention to underlying issues- issues like the media monopolies, the circuses they use to distract the masses from what really matters- privacy issues, real news which doesn’t get covered (think- Sibel Edmonds, Dennis Kucinich, Ron Paul and Zeitgeist, for some examples) , how 5-10 major media corporations control the way people think by controlling the vast majority of everything they read, watch, listen to… AOL can make a viral video on YouTube any time it wants to. The NY Times can start the snowball rolling towards 3 million views of a lame MySpace page in 12 hours. And that’s just the internet side of things. And all because- you buy this crap as actual news.
And, when you come to this blog, you don’t look at things like an apparently newly discovered photograph of what the official story says was Flight 175 about a millisecond before it hit the south tower of the WTC. A picture which shows pedestrians and was taken from City Hall park in downtown Manhattan- three blocks away from the WTC. This despite the “fact” (it’s in print, so it must be true) that apparently “100 million people are wrong about 9/11“. No, you want “naked YouTube where I can her boobs“, right? So, okay- here you go. A YouTube music video of Ashley Alexandra Dupre topless remix ringtone. Now, if you want to get off the bread and circuses merry-go-round, stick around here. Otherwise, you pad my blog stats, but are otherwise pretty useless to me in your present somnolent state, as far as I can see.

Very true, but I have to say you yourself seemed to do the same thing with my Ashley Dupre video, reacting to that bit of trivia without staying to see the many other more substantive posts.. it’s an easy pattern for all of us to fall into!
